Shipping Policy

Question. When will my order be sent?     Answer. Orders are normally dispatched Mon-Fri before 12 noon. Orders received after this time will be sent the following working day. We do not ship orders at weekends or on bank holidays. Please allow extra time during busy periods. We are not held responsible for delays in delivery.

Question. How will my order be sent?     Answer. We use a courier service / royal mail 1st Class delivery service. This service is next day. But for Western, and Remote parts of Scotland, where delivery can be up to two days. For other parts of the UK such as Northern Island, Isle of Wight, Jersey etc your order will be sent via Royal Mail and may occasionally incur extra charges. The majority of parcels are sent using a signed for service. Please note that we are not held responsible for delays in delivery if the courier company fails to deliver 'next day'.

Question. What will I be charged for delivery?    Answer. Our delivery charge is £2.95 for the UK on all orders, (remote areas / Islands may vary). For all other areas within the world you will be charged additional Post and Packaging. From time to time we may offer FREE DELIVERY over a certain order value. 

Question. Can you ship orders overseas?     Answer. Yes, please choose your shipping option for your location from the payment screen and it will clearly show the shipping costs. As a guide most orders to Europe under 2 Kilos will cost an additional £10. For the rest of the world orders up to 2 Kilos will cost an additional £20. For overseas orders over 2 Kilos there may be additional Postal costs.

Question. What if my ordered item(s) is not in stock?     Answer. On the extremely rare occasion an item(s) is out of stock you will be contacted by e-mail with an estimated delivery date. You will also have the option for a full refund.
