Q. I have a faulty product what do I do?
A. If the product is under 28 days old you can return it to us in a as new condition and we will exchange it for new. If the product is over 28 days old and falls within the manufacturers guarantee we have the right to repair the item and return it to you as soon as possible or we may choose to send an exchange. Guarantee lengths vary from item to item please check your guarantee card which came with your product.

We DO NOT sell products on a trial basis. In the event that you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return UNUSED and UN-OPENED goods within 7 days for a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
We have the right to choose to exchange or refund any items which are less than 28 days old. We have the right to choose to repair, exchange or refund any items which are over 28days old.
